Feedback and complaints
The work we do to improve the lives of women & families simply wouldn’t be possible without our supporters. Your feedback is important to us as it allows us to address any potential problems, resolve issues – and build on aspects that are working well.
First, please pass on your views to Christine Gwenda, Operations Director. We aim to resolve complaints as quickly as possible. You’ll receive an acknowledgement within 14 days; we’ll investigate within three months and we’ll let you know the outcome.
